Only in the US, no other country in the world but ours, allows trial lawyers to create frivolous law suits and not be accountable to compensate the defendant, if they lose the case. How can anyone who truly wants health care reform, support these cretins who prey upon tragedy for their own personal gain? They fill our courts with frivolous suits, they cause medical providers to carry HUGE insurance, force patients to have needless procedures and operations; they force medical givers to shut down or move because juries throw “lottery winning” awards, at these con artists. Insurance and drug industry attributes a great deal of their costs, to defend against these cretins. What a hypocite you are if you support trial lawyers and rail about health care costs! To most, we see you as practicing a staregy to break the backs of our economy, to replace our way of life with socialism and communism.

in a hypothetical situation, you have a jewish, muslim, or a any doctor of a minority background. They have a patient who is blatantly insulting and is using racial epithets. Can the doctor refuse to see them. Or is the doctor obligated by legal laws and hospital policy to see them. Do these same rules apply if the doctor has their own private practice.

watch family guy

Coming from Canada, where having health care is a right, it seems illogical that in america people are going bankrupt over medical bills. I see the commercials running on tv that go against it, but they are packed full of lies. I cannot understand why americans think that only the rich deserve to be taken care of. I understand that insurance companies pay big bucks to have lobbyists in the government try to shoot down any type of universal health care, but why is the average joe american so scared of it?

Will it be good for dentists? Will it be bad? Will dentists make less money? Will dentists make more money? Or will universal healthcare only affect medical doctors? Because dentists have private practices, which means the government doesnt pay their salary. However, the government pays medical doctors salaries. Any clue on how universal healthcare would affect a DENTIST?

Is it true that in the state of Illinois you have 2 years to file a Malpractice/Wrongful Death Lawsuit against a Doctor in private practice, but only 1 year to file against a Public Hospital?
