It must be a coincidence. It sounds as if your suffering constipation, which can also cause you to have loose stools as well! I would reccomend eating more fibre, or if this is not possible, try a fibre supplement such as fiber sure (i use it, and i am able to open my bowels easily every day compared to twice a week before). Sex cannot have any effect on your bowels, as the sex organs are completely seperate from your digestive system. hope this helps! Hey hun,
