Can anyone do a DNA test without a court order or without any doctors order by anyone’s own interest? If possible, address or contacts please.

Though under certain conditions like paternity disputes courts do order for the DNA test– But if a person wants to voluntarily wants to get a DNA test done– than there is no law in entire India — which can restrain him or her form doing so. We as citizens of india under Article 21 of the constitution have got Right To privacy and personal freedom which also includes right to have Control over our own body– right to get medical test done by our own wish.
