“Eatin after Eden” is great for the sick and tired. Eating according to Biblical principles, as expanded in this book, will bring health and healing!! God intended our diet to consist primarily of raw fruits and veggies as he made them. The enriched, refined, microwaved, processed, dead foods are wrecking havok on the health of the masses.

My husband and I both have benefited from following the plan for eating in this fantastic book. I lost 20 pounds and my husband’s cholesterol fell 33 points without drugs! This book is full of practical information that helps you understand what to eat and delicious healthy suggestions for meals and lots of recipes. This book isn’t filled with fluff, it’s packed with research, studies and Biblical references that back up what the author explains so well. It’s refreshing to see what God and the Bible say about eating and nutrition. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to build and sustain health!

Dr. Zook has written a most valuable book as a Research and Clinical Nutritionist. Her science and biblical insights are wonderful, and they are very much needed in today’s world of food deceptions and serious error. As a professional who has studied the subject for over 35 years and written a book myself on the subject, I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in understanding the truth about how we are made and what God planned for us to eat for our health and longevity. Sincerely, John P. Rothacker, D.D.S.

In this wonderful book, Dr Zook outlines a specific plan for a proper diet using both Biblical and scientific references. I can personally say that Dr Zook’s work has a positive influence on the health of both myself and my family. After studying and applying the principles in this book, my doctor has commented that “whatever you are doing, keep doing it”! I intend to do so.

At a time when our nation’s people are sicker than ever, Dr Zook’s work is so important. The book covers many topics, and is well documented with many footnotes. Dr Zook is a research scientist, but she is able to communicate her findings and the studies of many sources in a manner which is easy to understand and apply.

Again, I cannot express enough my thanks to Dr Zook for writing such an excellent book. I highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about their health.
