To everyone and anyone all aspects of it I want it from the horses mouth so to speak. The good, the bad and the ugly. Is it really free? Do you die waiting for surgery? Can you see your private doctor? Do you wait in lines for hours before you get treatment? Would you come to America and use our health care instead of using what is offered in your country? Please I really want to know what reality is.
Thank you

I’ve searched online and haven’t found anything.
Alternatively, is it possible to buy this type of insurance out-of-state?
Thank you!

A recent Los Angeles Times article stated that people have lost homes and businesses over medical bills.
Would price controls on health care reduce bankruptcies. What would be the side effects of price controls?

I’m not uncomfortable with a doctor examining my private parts.. I just don’t want it to be done for other reasons. So is it definite that if I go in to check if I have UTI (urinary tract infection) that my vagina will be examined?

How Much Would Medical Insurance Be?

My step-dad is making me do a little report on when i’m going to move out on my own and i have to fiqure out how much i would have to pay for medical insurance

Are there poor people who need health care and don’t seek it and whine about it?

Its cost approx £80,000 to train a Doctor through NHS and I’m sure to train a soldier is more expensive than that.
After training lots of Doctors leave the NHS and work in Private Hospitals which is costing the NHS not only training cost but cancelled operations and the hiring of overpaid temp staff from other countries. Which in addition get low cost accommodation in sought after areas. Wider implications incredible.
Soldiers can leave the Army and work Privately earning in a month what they were earning in a year in the Army.
Should there be a minimum period of service after training to ensure the tax payer gets value for money?

I can’t believe I am hearing this from a top contributor. Don’t do it, thats fine, why don’t you just never goto the doctor either for any problems. Don’t ever do a physical either. Your one of those people that would rather have something bad happen to them than to be able to prevent it. Real smart and mature…

I have retired and am covered by my retirement plan, however I have taken a new job in a different state and they are offering me medical coverage as well. Can I keep both coverages? My daughter is still in NY until she finishes school and I am currently in PA.
